Angela Adami is a Ph.D. student in Sociology and Political Science at the Scuola Normale Superiore in Florence. She holds a Master Degree in International Relations at Ca’ Foscari University, where she specialized on Middle East and North Africa Region. Her master thesis analysed the effects of EU Migration Policy on migrants’ bodies at the Mediterranean border.
Her research interests include migrants’ emotions and their impact over media, public opinion and policy outcomes. She is also interested in gender studies and intersectionality.
