Martin Portos was just awarded with the Juan J. Linz Prize to the Best thesis in Political Science 2017 with his tesis “Voicing outrage, contending with austerity. Mobilization in Spain under the Great Recession”, realized under the supervision of prof. Donatella della Porta.
The Juan Linz Prize is awarded to outstanding academic and scientific works realized by young scholars who are considered the greatest international exponents of Spanish political science and sociology. The Prize is awarded by the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (CEPC), which aims to promote and disseminate studies and research in the disciplines of social sciences and public law, and particularly in the area of political science.
