Jacopo Custodi is a PhD candidate in Political Science and Sociology at Scuola Normale Superiore. His research interests cover left-wing politics, radical left parties and left-wing populism, mostly in Southern Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America. His current research project focuses on patriotism within radical left parties in Spain, Portugal and France.
Jacopo obtained a BA in Political Science (University of Pavia); a MA in Economics, Politics and International Institutions (University of Pavia) and a MA in Political Philosophy (Pompeu Fabra University – Barcelona). He also studied at the University of Edinburgh, University of Lisbon and University of Santiago de Compostela.
